**Purpose**

To enhance the success of the Account Management team by working with the Manager of Key Account Retention and Promotions Lead to create a holistic promotion & reinvestment toolkit, including gifting, events and promotional campaigns. Maintain a strategic outlook, continually seeking to test and optimise reinvestment spend within both GP and CHU Account Management team. Your role will create opportunities to both reward customers and deliver events which allow account managers to get direct interaction with our most valuable players.

**Responsibilities**:
**Assist with annual marketing & promotional strategy for VIP players**:

- Work closely with the Account Management leadership team on the development of a clear and cohesive strategy for the management of the promotions proposition.
- Promotional calendar planned and sent for approval 90 days in advance.
- At least one specialised monthly promotional campaign.
- Conducting market research to identify new promotion opportunities
- Work alongside our Account Management team to help formulate promotions planning along with collaborating with these stakeholders in executing promotions to the best possible standard.

**Coordinate promotional efforts with the Marketing team**:

- Work with the marketing team to ensure promotions are complementary to and consistent with wider marketing initiatives.

**Manage & drive the gifting inventory & promotional materials**:

- Maintain relationships with third party suppliers, including ensuring invoices are forwarded to the finance department in a timely manner.
- Timely recording and monthly audit of gifting spend and inventory holdings.
- Maintain 100% in line with AML compliance considerations.
- Minimise inventory loss rates.

**Test & optimise the promotional offering**:

- Trackable success metric applied to all campaigns, evaluate promotional performance and ROI and potential modifications for future initiatives.
- Assist with identifying new and creative tactics that increase traffic, engagement, conversion and overall customer lifetime value.
- Assist Promotions Lead on presenting monthly reporting on campaign uptake & learnings.
- Assist in the development of daily reports, analysis, project documentation and marketing promotions.
- Track and document rewards and milestones for our user base Identify retention rates of users who earned and received rewards compared to non rewarded users.

**Arrange virtual and in-person events for players and the Account Management Team**:

- Events planned in conjunction with the CHU Account Management team.
- Demonstrate a high level or organisation to the Manager of Key Account Retention.

**Ad-hoc account support where required**:

- Assisting the team in completing time-sensitive initiatives and projects.

**Qualifications, skills & experience**:

- 1-3 years' experience in a marketing related role. Able to devise & execute a wide range of strategic campaigns, promotions and events.
- A natural affinity for organising and prioritising a high number of varied tasks.
- Aware of the importance of completing tasks on deadline, and the implications of tasks running behind schedule.
- Clear and confident communication style - the ability to clearly articulate needs to a variety of audiences, internal and external.
- Natural reaction to fix something that is not right or to improve something that could be better.
- Self-starter who can operate autonomously and turn opportunities into performance, staying back a few hours to clear a backlog of important tasks where required, it's what drives you in achieving value for your customers and for yourself.
- Experience in poker and casino product is a plus.
