**About us**:
Student Life connects life to learning. We believe every student should have the opportunity to actively participate in university life, and to find connection and community while discovering new ways of thinking and being in the world. We provide resources, support and engagement opportunities that are inclusive and accessible, making sure every student can build experiences that set them up for a lifetime of success.
Consisting of an interdisciplinary team of health professionals and support staff, Health & Wellness at the University of Toronto (St. George Campus) offers graduate and undergraduate students a wide range of medical and mental health services to help support them in achieving their personal and academic best.
**Your opportunity**:
The Health Promotion Programs team at Health & Wellness collaborates with campus partners to implement health promotion programming that builds community and institutional capacity to enhance student health and well-being. Under the direction of the Assistant Director, Community Health Promotion, the Health Promotion & Community Liaison (HP&CL) is responsible for developing, implementing and evaluating health promotion programming to improve student health and well-being.
The incumbent leads the development and delivery of health promotion programming that is based on data, research and evidence, and student need. HP&CL team members lead and coordinate specific programs and services within the health promotion portfolio, including training and education, student

They create the content, determine or design the mode of delivery, and assess the impact of these efforts through the development and implementation of evaluations assessing impact, outcomes and satisfaction.
Collaboration, partnership and liaison are also a component of this role, including: collaborating with campus partners and community agencies in the delivery of public health and health promotion activities; maintaining relationships with Student Life partners and other campus stakeholders to identify opportunities to expand or enhance health education activities; and communicating about and promoting the programming and opportunities related to the Health Promotion Programs team’s work.
The Health Promotion and Community Liaison works closely with other roles within the Health Promotion Programs team, including the Health Promotion Program Associate and the Health Communications & Knowledge Translation Coordinator. Together, they contribute to the team’s strategic planning and priority setting. This role also functions as a member of the wider Health & Wellness team, participating in and supporting the centre’s overall direction and objectives.
