Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced breakfast cook to join our team. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals in accordance with established recipes and food safety standards. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that our customers receive delicious and high-quality meals.

**Duties**:

- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including breakfast and lunch items.
- Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistency in taste and presentation
- Assist with food preparation tasks, such as chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and preparing sauces
- Ensure that all food is cooked to the appropriate temperature and meets food safety standards
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and notify the supervisor when supplies need to be replenished
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area, including proper storage of food items and utensils
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations in the kitchen

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Cook in the food industry or similar role
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils
- Strong understanding of food safety practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely meal preparation
- Ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively with colleagues
- Flexibility to work mornings, weekends, and holidays as required
