**Position**— Sales Representative (Full-Time)
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented **Sales Representative** to strengthen our market presence and drive the growth of our renovation materials business. This role demands a deep understanding of the renovation materials industry, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to cultivate and maintain strong client relationships. As a key player on our team, you will leverage your expertise to identify new opportunities, exceed sales targets, and deliver outstanding service. With a customer-focused approach, strategic thinking, and a passion for achieving results, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and contributing to the success of our organization.
**Requirements**:
- In-depth knowledge of renovation materials and industry trends, including a demonstrated ability to effectively present and sell products to contractors, designers, and other stakeholders.
- A track record of consistently exceeding sales targets, driving revenue growth, and building a loyal client base.
- At least 3 years of experience delivering exceptional customer service, with the ability to anticipate client needs and provide tailored solutions that foster long-term relationships.
- Exceptional negotiation abilities, combined with strong written and verbal communication skills to engage and influence clients effectively.
- Proven ability to excel independently while collaborating effectively as part of a dynamic team to achieve company goals.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software to track leads, manage accounts, and analyze sales data effectively.
- A valid driver’s license, access to a reliable personal vehicle, and the flexibility to travel across the GTA to meet with clients.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Sales & Client Acquisition**: Proactively promote and sell a comprehensive range of shower and floor heating renovation materials to both new and existing clients, ensuring consistent revenue growth.
- **Strategic Planning**: Develop, implement, and refine sales strategies to exceed company sales goals and performance targets.
- **Market Expansion**: Identify, research, and pursue new sales opportunities and untapped markets to broaden the company's reach and market presence.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer loyalty and repeat business.

- and post-sales support to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
- **On-Site Engagement**: Utilize a personal vehicle for client visits, presentations, and on-site consultations (mileage and gas expenses will be reimbursed/compensated).
- **Industry Expertise**: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging products, and competitor activities to position the company competitively within the market.
