About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Sprinter Van Driver to join our growing logistics team for Canada-wide and U.S. cross-border runs. This position is ideal for a safety-conscious, professional driver who takes pride in delivering excellent service and maintaining strong on-road performance.

You will operate from our Mississauga, Ontario yard, transporting commercial loads throughout Canada and the United States.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate a Sprinter van safely and efficiently on long-haul routes
- Complete pickups and deliveries across Canada and the U.S.
- Conduct vehicle inspections before and after trips
- Maintain accurate logs of mileage, fuel, and deliveries
- Follow all transportation regulations and border compliance procedures

**Requirements**:

- Valid DZ driver’s license (Ontario)
- Must be an Ontario resident
- Minimum 2 years of verified commercial driving experience
- Clean driving record (no major convictions or accidents)
- Must have a valid U.S. visa (ability to cross the border required)
- FAST card is an asset
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test
- Must provide a Police Clearance Certificate
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- Professional attitude and ability to work independently

Compensation & Benefits
- Starting Pay:

- $0.38 per mile (loaded)
- $0.30 per mile (empty)
- After 3 months:

- $0.40 - $0.45per mile (all miles)
- Fuel card provided
- Motel accommodations covered while on the road
- Consistent year-round work with well-planned routes

Schedule
- Full-time, long-haul driving (Canada & U.S.)
- Flexible scheduling based on load availability

Pay: $4,449.00-$5,940.00 per month
