After an interview and review, we will offer those who qualify a position for a role as a Shipping and Receiving Associate

**Responsibilities**:

- Verify on incoming material that quantity received matches quantity ordered on purchase order and packing list.
- Fulfill customer orders, help with outbound shipping, inbound receiving, staging of products, and all related documentation
- Maintain warehouse including putting away stock, sweeping, organizing supplies, and garbage disposal
- Sign for incoming courier packages and verify goods received
- Generate UPS/FedEx or Freight shipping documents as required on pick ticket and by freight company.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned or directed by supervisor.
- Organizes the warehouse and helps maintain it.
- Help receive all goods entering the warehouse
- Insures everything in the warehouse is in place, organized and operations moving efficiently
- Makes sure the Warehouse is clean and that everyone else follows the companies cleaning procedures
- Efficiently verify raw materials orders for production; verify, receive and store raw materials to designated locations; assist in cycle counts and physical inventory as required.
- Prepare labels and setting up boxes appropriately.
- Meets specifics of customer orders in a timely manner
- Keeps products separated, organized and in good rotation.
- Monitors product quality frequently, reporting problems to mitigate safety issues
- Parts/equipment deliveries and pick-ups
- Perform other duties as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
- Good oral communication skills
- Must be very organized
- Must excel in reading and writing in English
- Warehouse experience is an asset
- Applicant must be able to stand, bend, lift, pull and push.
- Must be organized and detail orientated
- Must be able to stand all day, think and plan ahead, work well with others. ability to walk for extended periods of time, ability to read, write and count accurately.

**Job Type**:
Full time positions available, permanent.

**Working Hours**:

- 8am
- 5pm from Monday to Friday.
