**Summary**

Reporting to the District Manager, the **Store Manager **will manage the day-to-day activities of the store and to oversee the work accomplished by team members. A majority of time is spent supervising and directing the workforce, making staffing decisions (i.e., hiring, training, evaluating, disciplining, staffing and scheduling), ensuring customer satisfaction and product quality, managing the store’s financial performance, and managing safety and security within the store. The incumbent is responsible for leading by example in accordance with FOUR20 values to ensure that the interests of the company are protected always.

**Essential Functions**
- Leads and coaches through the company vision, mission, and core values.
- Assumes primary responsibility for efficient, cost effective and profitable operations.
- Prepares budgets and sales forecasts in conjunction with the District Manager.
- Approves within budgetary limits and District Manager approval, all store expenditures for the purchase of supplies, equipment, and expense items.
- Provides consistent coaching and feedback to hold the team accountable to results; you manage the performance evaluation delivery process for all staff, as well as the execution of all job changes in line with company protocol.
- On your sales floor 5 days a week leading your team by example, giving feedback, and coaching in the moment; you are accountable for all areas of training /customer experience.
- Displays a customer comes first attitude by training and holding team members accountable for delivering exceptional customer service, through flawless execution of our We Pass program
- Accountable for the successful selection process, training, and relationship management of your team.
- Responsible for all product/inventory management at your store and support the visual merchandising and sell-through at your store.
- Unpack boxes for inventory as required (boxes can weigh up to 30 lbs.)
- Support in leading a profitable store by enrolling the entire team to achieve your sales plan; you utilize company tools to strategically plan sales targets and labour hours; you accurately track labour hours and budget accordingly.
- Ensure staff are compliant on training and mandatory material within the internal Learning Management System training portal.
- Maintain and monitor store inventory levels and support initiatives for loss prevention.
- Ensure that the store is clean, safe, and presentable for customers.
- Management of vacation/LOA/sick requests, including tracking for all staff and you process employee changes appropriately to ensure timely and accurate pay for your team.
- Fully accountable for and oversee the execution of all deliverables within your store, and you perform the role responsibilities of Key Holder and Sales Specialist as needed.
- Support in facilitating successful trainings, performance/development meetings.
- Ensures that all employees fully understand and are utilizing the most current systems i.e. Vend, ADP Workforce Now, etc.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of products in the store, as well as industry-wide product knowledge.
- Assists with maintaining strong relationships within the local community and/or participates in local engagement opportunities a volunteer basis (i.e., fundraising, local community events, charity drives, etc.)
- Under the direction of your District Manager, you perform/complete other additional projects, duties, and assignments as required and/or by request.

**Qualifications Required**
- 2+ years’ experience leading in a retail setting.
- 5 year of Customer Service experience in a retail preferred.
- Understanding of budget concepts and the ability to manage a P&L accordingly.
- Completion of post-secondary education in a business-related field and / or formal sales training preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices would be an asset.
- Possess good computer skills, specifically with Excel, Word and Outlook, Vend experience is an asset.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills needed.
- Manages multiple tasks at a time with attention to detail and works well under pressure.
- Must be and remain compliant with all legal and company regulations for working in the Cannabis industry.
- Must be well organized and capable of making decisions that are in the best interests of the company and the customers.

**Work Schedule**

A Store Manager work schedule will include weekends, holidays and evenings to allow for coaching and development time with all store team members on a regular basis.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $42,500.00-$55,000.00 per year
