My client is an established, thriving, Canadian owned and operated retail operation in the food and beverage industry. As a result of exciting organizational growth, we are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our newest location in Kitchener, Ontario. The Store Manager will manage a team of store staff to ensure each customer receives a stellar experience

Furthermore, we will provide up to one month of paid training so you’ll learn about our products and the ins-and-outs to be a successful manager. After that, your main goals will be to build a positive, cohesive team, ensure the store operates smoothly, and that customers are served with the standards that have made us successful.

What you’ll be responsible for:

- Recruitment, training and team development, performance and acts as a role model on delivering positive team and customer experience in Store
- Ensuring appropriate and accurate inventory levels to meet sales and marketing needs while maintaining a high standard of store presentation.
- Sampling, recommending and selling food and beverages to customers
- Operating the store according to company policies, company direction and government legislation.
- Controlling expenses to work within budgets and achieve required financial results.

To begin your career with us, you’ll have:

- Completed a college or university program
- 2-4 years of management in Retail and/or Hospitality
- Availability to work shifts and any day of the week
- Food handling experience would be an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
