Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful completion of construction projects.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
- Manage and supervise project teams, including contractors, subcontractors, and other staff members.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other relevant laws and regulations.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans and schedules as needed to ensure project goals are met.
- Review and approve project expenses, invoices, and other financial documents.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to management and other stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues and escalate as appropriate.
- Foster positive relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in building restoration project management.
- Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from conception to completion.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and other relevant laws and regulations.
- Experience with project management software
- Ability to manage and supervise project teams and work collaboratively with stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent time-management skills.
- Ability to travel to project sites as needed.

Pay: $65,000.00-$100,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
- Overtime pay

Flexible language requirement:

- English not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Greater Toronto Area, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
