**Who Are We?** An exterior residential painting company serving homeowners in West Side Vancouver, owned and managed by Destin & Gianni, recent SFU graduates and lifelong friends.

**What Are The Minimum Requirements?**
- High school education.
- 1-2 years of painting or labour experience.
- Full-time availability - 40 hours every week.
- Comfortable working on ladders and roofs at heights up to 40 feet.
- Commuting from West Side Vancouver, Downtown, East Vancouver, South Vancouver, West Vancouver, North Vancouver, Richmond, or Burnaby.

**What Are The General Responsibilities?**
- Committing to company policies: starting your scheduled shift on time, wearing the expected attire, maintaining job site etiquette, etc.
- Adhering to secondary job site processes and standards for distributing brushes, preserving brushes, pouring paint, cleaning spills, maintaining tools, operating efficiently, and disposing of hazardous waste.
- Being active in work related group chats, team building events, and bi-weekly check-ups.
- Submitting daily time logs and bi-weekly timesheets.

**What Is The Compensation?** $20-$30 per hour, based on experience.

**What Is The Schedule?** Monday-Thursday or Friday, weekends if needed.
