- **Proper preparation of a large variety of surfaces and situations**
- **Site Protection**
- **Tools of your trade and you know how to use them well**
- **Tidiness & Site Maintenance**
- **Appearance - casual dress, company supplied shirts, respectable at all times**
- **Being a team player and working well with all and other contractors on sites**
- **Some work is Outdoors, Some work indoors and outdoors is at heights**
- **You are Physically fit, must be able to lift 50 lbs.**

As such we’ve developed an assessment system to make sure that you are recognised for your level of skill and experience in all aspects of the residential and commercial painting work that we carry out every day.**
