**Summary**

We are seeking a dynamic Team Leader to join our Alberta Custom Concrete team. In this role, you will be instrumental in guiding our team towards achieving goals while ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Your leadership will help drive our mission of delivering top-notch decorative concrete solutions.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead and motivate the team to achieve project together successfully.
- Develop and help train new team members to enhance their skills and product knowledge.
- Oversee daily site operations, ensuring efficient workflow and high standards of customer service.
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies that align with company goals.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in purchasing decisions as needed.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.

**Requirements**:

- Concrete finishing and repair experience needed (5 years min).
- Coatings installation experience needed (5 years min).
- Proven experience in a leadership role.
- Strong management skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Experience in recruiting or training staff is an asset.
- Valid Drivers license, vehicle and insurance required

Pay: $18.00-$36.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay
- Tips

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
