**Overview**

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Provide credit decision experience on complex mortgage packages.
- Liaison with investors.
- Evaluate and analyse documentation supplied by client.
- Effectively handle customer inquiries with the utmost service.
- Analyze information and reach a pre-approval recommendation.
- Revise and update procedures as necessary.
- Enter data and perform day to day clerical duties as needed.
- Ensure confidentiality of records.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Licensed Mortgage Agent, Level 2
- Minimum 5 years’ experience with mortgage lending preferred. A strong understanding of residential mortgage products.
- Able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a time sensitive manner. Perform well in a busy operation and remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Prior customer service experience.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Ability to interact professionally both on the telephone and face to face.
- University degree is an asset but not required.
- Proficient with computers and word processing skills including Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Commission pay

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:
