Klassen Bronze Limited, founded in 1950 and located in New Hamburg, Ontario, is a Canadian manufacturer and distributor to the retail hardware marketplace. We provide local and national customers with high quality products while developing long-term relationships with our retail partners, distributors, suppliers and associates. Klassen Bronze Limited supplies key cutting and letters, numbers and sign programs into Canada's major retailers.

We are currently looking for a skilled and experienced Warehouse Manager with minimum 5 years experience in managing a team in a warehouse setting.

**Warehouse Manager**

**Duties**:

- Oversee and manage all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve supply chain processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory levels, monitor stock movements, and generate reports.
- Conduct time studies related to manufactured product as required. Also to advise Office Manager/President of any changes in production process that might affect end cost of product.
- Conduct annual inventory counts in December and spot inventory counts throughout the year as needed.
- Supervise a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Coordinate with freight carriers to schedule shipments and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Collaborate with demand planning teams to forecast inventory needs and develop effective procurement strategies.
- Implement process improvements to streamline warehouse operations and reduce costs.
- Utilize AS400 for inventory management and order processing.
- Process all returns in timely manner and to work with the Office Manager & President on reviewing return policies.

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices.
- Experience in implementing continuous improvement initiatives in a warehouse setting.
- Proficiency in operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) for inventory tracking and order fulfillment.
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead a team effectively.
- Proficient in demand planning techniques to optimize inventory levels.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and implement solutions.
- Experience with AS400 for inventory management is preferred.
