**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze business processes and operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to streamline processes and improve productivity.
- Use data visualization and analytical tools such as ERP, MES, Excel, SQL, and/or Power BI to present insights.
- Assist in project management and process automation initiatives.
- Identify risks, propose mitigation strategies, and support business continuity planning.
- Research and implement best practices for operational efficiency.
- Daily reporting of operational matrices.
- Work with IT teams to optimize systems and software for operational needs.
- Provide recommendations based on data-driven insights to senior management.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in operations analysis, business analytics, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as SQL, Power Query, and Power BI.
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is an asset.
- Experience with Python and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Experience with ERP systems, CRM tools, or automation software is a plus.
