**The Role Philosophy**
We’re on the hunt for a Data Analyst to join our Langley HQ As a key member of our team, you’ll collaborate closely with our Leadership Team to drive our mission of building a world-class lubricant brand that helps our dealers build their business.

**What the role entails**
- Collect, organize, and analyze large sets of data related to our company's sales, marketing, and operations
- Utilize data to make recommendations to the business
- Conduct pricing analysis utilizing costing, market intelligence, and margin targets to make pricing recommendations
- Develop and maintain databases and data systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Use statistical methods to analyze data and identify trends and patterns in complex data sets
- Develop visualizations and reports to communicate data insights to stakeholders
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify business problems and develop data-driven solutions
- Develop and implement processes for data mining, data modeling, and data analysis
- Work with our sales team to analyze sales data and recommend opportunities to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction
- Work with our operations team and recommend opportunities to optimize our supply chain and improve efficiency and productivity
- Collaborate with our marketing team to recommend opportunities to optimize our marketing campaigns and increase customer engagement
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
- Perform other related duties as needed
**Your Profile**
- You hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science
- You have strong analytical skills and 1 - 3 years of experience working with large sets of data
- You are proficient in programming languages such as SQL, Python or R
- You have experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI
- Experience working in the oil and lubricants industry is a plus
- You have excellent communication and organizational skills
- When working through difficult problems using data analytics, you have the ability to zoom in and out
- You have the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- You consistently display a positive attitude and enthusiasm for KLONDIKE
