**Join Our Team as a Financial Analyst**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven **Financial Analyst** to support our finance team through impactful analysis and reporting. This role will help drive business decisions by providing insights on performance, supporting budgeting processes, managing Bill of Materials, and assisting with capital and operational projects.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Analyze sales, rebates, gross margins, and inventory costs to support strategic decisions
- Track key performance indicators and support cost-reduction initiatives
- Develop and maintain accurate Bills of Materials (BOMs) in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Identify opportunities for cost savings through BOM analysis and process improvements
- Assist with CAPEX budgeting, tracking, and reporting on project progress
- Support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting efforts
- Prepare variance analyses, journal entries, and financial reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure accuracy in standard costing records and maintain supporting documentation

**What You Bring**:

- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Clear communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Proficiency in Excel; Power BI knowledge is an asset
- Knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting standards
- Working toward or holding a professional accounting designation (CPA or equivalent) is preferred
