**Duties**
- Oversee all financial activities within the dealership, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop financing options that enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.
- Negotiate terms with financial institutions to secure favorable financing options for customers.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and dealership policies.
- Provide training and support to staff on financial products and services.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and recommend improvements to enhance profitability.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and ensure timely reporting.
**Skills**
- Proven experience in a finance management role, preferably within a dealership environment.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure favorable terms for the dealership and customers.
- Excellent customer service skills, ensuring a positive experience for clients throughout the financing process.
- Proficient in math and financial analysis, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with various departments to achieve overall business objectives.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Pay: $100,000.00-$250,000.00 per year
