- **Thursday, Friday, Sunday**: 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- **Saturday**: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

(Full-Time / Undercover Loss Prevention Role)

**Company Overview**:
Synergy Protection Group Inc. is seeking experienced and dedicated **Tactical Security Guards** to join our hardworking and dynamic team in the GTA. This role focuses on **undercover Loss Prevention (LP)**, ensuring the safety of retail environments by preventing theft, managing security risks, and delivering excellent customer service.

As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to interact with people daily while protecting the premises and maintaining a secure environment.

**Job Duties**:

- Investigate security breaches, theft, and other suspicious behaviors.
- Prevent shoplifting by monitoring high-theft areas while working undercover.
- Identify and respond to instances of threatening, fraudulent, or rude behavior by customers.
- Enforce the **Trespass to Property Act** when required.
- De-escalate potential conflicts with a calm and professional demeanor.
- Liaise with law enforcement as necessary.
- Complete detailed incident reports and required documentation for all security events.
- Conduct routine patrols and monitor designated areas.

**Requirements**:

- **A valid Ontario Security License** (must be in good standing).
- **2+ years of retail security experience** (undercover LP experience preferred).
- **Strong observational skills** and the ability to remain alert at all times.
- Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 10-12 hours).
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service approach to security.
- Ability to respond effectively in emergency situations.

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Every Weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed
