**The Role**:
We’re looking for a Customer Service Superstar with a flair for organization and multitasking to support our Sales Team.

This is more than just answering phones and filing documents (though you’ll rock that too). You’ll be the first friendly voice our clients hear. You’ll handle quotes, coordinate orders, support our sales team, and help everything in the office run like clockwork.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Preparing quotes and processing orders for our precast concrete products
- Providing solid product knowledge and technical information to customers
- Coordinating with departments to keep projects and communication flowing
- Managing mail, couriers, and office supplies
- Booking boardrooms, greeting guests, and keeping us organized
- Supporting day-to-day office administration

**What You Bring**:

- 1-3+ years of customer service or administrative experience
- High school diploma (post-secondary in a technical field = bonus points)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- A knack for staying calm under pressure and juggling multiple tasks
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Experience with SAP or ERP systems? Even better
- Curiosity about construction or precast? We’ll teach you the rest
- Familiarity with civil construction, precast concrete products, or reading technical drawings gives you a serious edge in supporting our clients with confidence.

**Compensation**:
The anticipated salary range for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, dependent on skills and experience. This position is eligible for a bonus. AE Concrete also offers a competitive benefits and total compensation package.

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Inside Sales: 1 year (required)
