**Responsibilities**:

- **Sewing Machine Maintenance**: Maintain, calibrate, adjust, repair, and improve our growing fleet of industrial sewing machines and fabric modification systems.
- ** Machinery Modifications**: Design and build machine modifications using CAD tools like Fusion360.
- ** General Mechanical Work**: Assemble, repair, and maintain equipment, including shelving, furniture, and other industrial systems.
- ** Electronics Knowledge**: Diagnose and repair basic electronics issues within machinery and equipment.
- ** CNC & Woodworking**: Operate and maintain an industrial CNC mill and perform light woodworking as needed for production or facility improvements.
- ** Assembly & Installation**: Set up new machines and ensure they are operational, safe, and optimized.
- ** Facility Maintenance**: Assist with tasks such as moving and organizing equipment, maintaining printers, and troubleshooting other industrial tools.
- ** Forklift Operations (Highly preferred but not required)**: Safely operate a forklift for moving heavy equipment and materials

- Experience with CNC machining and woodworking.
- ** Physical Capability**: Ability to lift and move equipment as needed.
