**What You'll Do**:

- **Build Next-Gen Systems**: Design backend and frontend solutions that integrate advanced components, push the boundaries of manufacturing automation, and enable data-driven decision-making.
- ** Machine Programming & Automation**: Program, troubleshoot, and optimize automated machinery, including industrial CNC mills, laser CNC systems, and automated sewing machines.
- ** Engineering New Solutions**: Design, develop, and implement machine modifications or entirely new systems to enhance production capabilities using tools like CAD software (e.g., Fusion360).
- ** Troubleshooting & Maintenance**: Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electronic, and software issues in machinery to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
- ** Custom Machine Builds**: Collaborate with the team to build and prototype custom machines to meet unique production needs.
- ** General Mechanical Work**: Assemble, repair, and maintain a variety of equipment, including industrial tools, shelving, furniture, and other systems that support our operations.
- ** Electronics Knowledge**: Repair and maintain machinery with basic electronics and wiring needs, ensuring system safety and functionality.
- ** Facility Optimization**: Contribute to facility improvements by maintaining industrial tools, moving and organizing equipment, and suggesting efficiency enhancements.
- ** CNC & Woodworking**: Operate and maintain an industrial CNC mill and handle light woodworking tasks as needed for production or custom solutions.
- ** Innovate Rapidly**: Experiment with the latest frameworks, tools, and methodologies to create cutting-edge manufacturing solutions.

**What We're Looking For**:
**Experience Required**:

- Hands-on experience with programming, troubleshooting, and maintaining automated machinery.
- Experience with CNC systems, laser machines, or sewing machines is a strong asset.
- Proven ability to design and implement custom engineering solutions.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency with CAD software, ideally Fusion360.
- Strong understanding of machine programming and automation systems.
- Basic knowledge of electronics and wiring systems.
- Background in optimizing large-scale manufacturing platforms.

**Physical Capability**:

- Ability to lift and move equipment as needed.
