Licensed Collision Repair Techician (310B)

Oxford Dodge’s Collision Centre services all makes and models and is actively seeking a hard-working team player. This is an amazing opportunity to join our collision team and take your development and career to the next level. This is a state of the art facility with up-to -date tools and equipment as well as a fully airconditioned building.

Job Duties:

- Tear down and reassembly.
- Ability to read estimates, and understand work orders.
- Knowledge of body shop equipment usage and safety requirements.
- Keep clean and organized work environment.
- Willingness to learn new and expand on existing skills.
- I-CAR provided training.

**Requirements**:

- 310B Collision Repair License
- Must be reliable, with a keen interest to learn
- Valid G Driver License with a clean driving record
- Ability to meet time commitments, with focus on customer satisfaction
- Has good time management and organizational skills
- A team player with the ability to work well independently

Work Conditions
- Lifting or moving up to 50 lbs may be required
- Manual dexterity required to operate and use necessary tools and equipment
- Interacts with employees, management and the public at large
- Indoor and outdoor conditions
- Overtime may be required
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Safety equipment will be required, e.g. steel-toed safety boots, safety glasses/goggles, etc.
