You will play a **crucial role** as Autobody Repair Technician:

- In a hands-on role, you have a direct impact on the quality of work and performance of the Collision Centre.
- You will be joining a vibrant enthusiastic team that is highly collaborative and will support you through training to develop your skills in automotive repair.
- You will leverage and expand your technical expertise in vehicle repair by working directly with Estimators, experienced Collision Centre team members in a team effort to deliver exceptional service to our valued clients.
- You will work in a clean environment, with up-to-date equipment.

**Your Key Responsibilities**
- Determine vehicle repair requirements.
- Review damage reports, prepare and review repair cost estimates and plan work to be performed.
- Perform quality repairs on a variety of vehicles.
- Mentor, coach, train and support the development of apprentices in the Collision Centre.

**Your Capabilities and Credentials**
- ** Red Seal Certification would be considered an asset.**:

- Completion of a related post-secondary program and or training courses.
- I-CAR certification training and I-CAR welding certification would be considered assets.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and a safe driving history.
