We are looking for Project Management professionals with experience in the retail fixtures industry, preferably with experience in Millwork/wood industries.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:
**_Project management of jobs including_**:

- Review client drawings and request for quotation from client
- Consult with client and Engineering on specifics and installation requirements (e.g. Site dimensions, special considerations of job site, access limitations, dimensions of entrances etc.)
- Do take-offs, entering quantities and descriptions and prepare quotations, with help from Engineering department; check & forward shop drawings to client for approval;
- Modify quote and shop drawings as directed by client
- initiate sales and work orders, production and shipping schedules as per clients purchase order and final approved drawings.
- Meet with Plant Manager and Engineering Team Leader on production requirements, details and timelines;
- Monitor production process and keep abreast of job progress in accordance with client spec, plans and shipping/installation schedule.
- Source, obtain quotes and select installers (as required)
- Liaise with clients construction representatives and ensure shipping and installers are arranged per requirements
- Monitor site reports, site photographs deficiency lists, daily, as well as final inspection reports ensuring timely and appropriate resolution of all issues.
- Invoice jobs and collect account receivables;
- Communicate regularly with client (Regional Managers, Project Managers etc.)
- Attend meetings on site or periodically at clients head office (as required)
- Maintain a professional, working business relationships with malls and contractors across Canada and the USA and/or other client locations to facilitate receipt and installation of goods by clients and our Representatives.
- Maintain manual and computerized installer directory
- Some travel within Canada and the USA may be required from time to time depending on client requirements.
- _**Lead processes to gain new client accounts, including**_:

- Source potential clients from connections with existing clients, suppliers and others;
- Devise strategies and provide direction and tools (eg. Letters of introduction, brochures etc) to support sales force in approaching and landing new potential clients.
- Arrange and conduct meetings to introduce potential clients to the business;
- Lead the team in preparing RFPs to land new business; (Team members, Estimator; Plant Manager etc.)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
