Project Coordinator

Responsibilities:
- Assist and process Project Documentation.
- Change Orders, RFI’s, Site Instructions, Contemplated Changes, additional claims, etc.
- Follow up on outstanding documentation and tasks.
- Coordinate Project requirements.
- Warranty Manuel’s, Close-Out Documents collection, etc.
- Issue Purchase Order’s for Sub-trades and Contracts for Sub-Contractors
- Print shop drawings using a Plotter
- Coordinate Courier activity when necessary
- Courier Contracts/Shop Drawings
- Input and file Project budgets and quotes for new Projects
- Assemble Project Close-Out Documents
This position works directly with the Project Manager assisting with Project duties including inputting and filing project budgets/quotes for new projects. Responsibilities will also include issuing Purchase order’s, sending and receiving Contracts, couriering project documentation to necessary parties and follow-up on outstanding Project documentation and tasks. This position also includes assembling Close-out binders specified by the Project Manager.
Skill set requirements: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, time management and organizational skills.
Bonus: Experience with Jonas Management System
**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
