**Position Summary**

This position is primarily responsible for preparing and mailing out invoices as per operating procedures, as well as a variety of general office functions.

**Key Responsibilities (Supervisory/Materials/Information)**
- Complete manual daily billing by entering information into system. Must verify client fees and charges by checking database to ensure all charges are billed properly
- Problem solve billing issues with different scenario’s
- Scan and process documents as instructed.
- Perform a variety of clerical and other duties as assigned, including but not limited to the following: Prepare, sort, and post all outgoing mail, Coverage of reception as needed, Process FMS document requests

**Education and Experience**
- Secondary School or related experience
- General office experience would be an asset

**Competencies, Working Skills & Attributes**
- Effective verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate politely with the public if covering reception
- Ability to operate standard office business machines
- Accurate and efficient data entry skills
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
- Able to operate a switchboard

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
