Our company is hiring a Full-time Office Assistant and Bookkeeper for a 1 - 1 1/2 year term.
We are located close to First Avenue and Boundary Road in North Burnaby.
- **Responsibilities**_:
- Payroll
- Bookkeeping and daily data entry using Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks
- Paying Vendors monthly and receiving payments daily using the POS
- Organizing files
- Light maintenance of the office, sweeping, dusting, and sanitizing all surfaces
- Creating estimates
- Scheduling and managing appointments
After 3 months of successful employment we offer medical/dental benefits on our group plan
Compensation will vary based on experience.
Hours are: Monday to Friday 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
Closed on all Statutory Holidays
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
**Salary**: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
