Participates in and supports HR operational activities. Applies training and experience to perform variety of administrative/operational assignments.

**What will you do?**
- Execute a variety of HR processes in support of employee pre-screening, transfers, compensation, leaves and time off
- Partner with other HR team members to provide best in class employee experiences
- Where needed, engage with employees to explain technical HR processes in an accessible and easily understood manner
- Ensure employee data is accurate and complete
- Be an active contributor to both your individual team, and to the wider HR Operations community
- Demonstrate a continuous learning mindset by asking questions and sharing knowledge and best practices
- Work as part of an agile team responsible for end-to-end delivery of business needs

**What do you need to succeed?**

**Must-have**
- Currently enrolled at a Canadian post-secondary institution with a focus on Human Resources, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- Excellent interpersonal and highly developed communication skills (verbal and written)
- Creative and analytical thinker who is self-driven and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to pivot quickly from one priority to another
- Strong MS Office skills - Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to conduct transactions with a high level of sensitivity and confidentiality, in accordance with our Code of Conduct and Privacy and Risk policies

**Nice-to-have**
- Bilingual in French and English is an asset
- HR Administrator or business administration experience
- Ability to prepare accurate documentation with a high standard of presentation and confidentiality

- **Please note**: This posting is for a 4-months Winter 2025 Student placement with a start date of January 2025, and end date of April 2025. In order to be eligible for this 4-months Student position, you must either:

- Be returning back to school after the work term end-date of April 2025 ; or
- If you are not returning back to school (i.e. are graduating in April 2025), you must require the full 4-months work term as a mandatory component to in order to graduate successfully.
