Scanner/jr. Strata Accounts Payable Clerk

We are one of the largest property management companies in Western Canada and are currently looking to hire a full time Scanner/Jr. Accounts Payable Clerk to join our busy Downtown Vancouver office.

**Responsibilities**:

- Input invoices into our AP system;
- Ensures the efficient operating of the A/P department by successfully take direction and complete work within a timely manner;
- Ensures effective interpersonal Communications/Relations with Supervisors, Strata Agents and fellow colleagues;
- Maintain good relationship with vendors/suppliers;
- Conducts business at all times with the highest standards of personal, professional and ethical conduct.

**Education & Experience**:

- Knowledge of property management;
- Some experience with Accounting

**Knowledge & Skills**:

- Excellent Microsoft Office and keyboarding skills (ability to type a minimum of 50 wpm);
- Exceptional prioritizing and time management skills;
- Outstanding customer service skills;
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment;
- Fluency in English.
