Our team is currently searching for a highly motivated and energetic individual to work in our Front Desk department. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- The processing and handling of reservations and sales related activities
- Facilitating guest arrivals and departures
- Accounting functions as related to guest registration
- Handling and storing of luggage (frequent lifting of heavy suitcases is required)
- Concierge related services, requiring a good knowledge of local activities and restaurants
- Serving our guest’s beverages and evening appetizers
- Service delivery to guestrooms when required
- Frequent light duty cleaning of public spaces
- Providing world class customer service to our guests

**Qualifications**:

- Previous hotel experience is a strong asset but not required
- Social Media experience an asset but not required
- Knowledge of computers and basic accounting procedures
- Fluent English language skills including verbal, reading and written
- Multi-tasker with good organizational skills
- Courteous and confident
- Good personal grooming and professional presentation
- Serving it Right certification is a bonus
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, weekends, nights and statutory holidays

This is a permanent full-time position (40hrs/week) with a combination of day and evening shifts. Only those chosen for an interview will be contacted.
