**The Role**

As we continue to expand our online presence and engage with our audience, we are seeking a talented and experienced **Social Media Manager/Marketing Specialist** to join our team. If you are passionate about digital marketing, social media, and have a creative flair, we want to hear from you

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company's marketing goals and objectives.
- Manage and execute day-to-day social media activities across multiple platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Create engaging and shareable content, including graphics, videos, and written copy, to build brand awareness and drive user engagement.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics, providing regular reports and insights to inform future strategies and campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and social media best practices to ensure the company remains at the forefront of digital marketing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and content creation, to ensure cohesive and integrated campaigns.
- Foster relationships with influencers and industry partners to amplify the brand's reach and relevance.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media channels in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay abreast of changes in social media algorithms and adjust strategies accordingly to maximize organic reach.
- Keep the company's social media policy up-to-date and ensure compliance across all channels.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, their respective audiences, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and on-brand messaging.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design aesthetics and a passion for storytelling.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

- Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM with flexible hours
