**Duties**
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across various platforms.
- Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) that aligns with our brand voice and marketing goals.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, customer feedback, and engagement opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media efforts with broader marketing campaigns.
- Analyze performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of social media initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner to foster community interaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in social media marketing.

**Skills**
- Strong negotiation skills to collaborate effectively with influencers and partners.
- Proven project management abilities to oversee multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Solid understanding of marketing principles to create impactful content that resonates with target audiences.
- Sound IT and Graphics knowledge.
- Possess Class 5 drivers license and own a car.
- Knowledge of business development strategies to identify new opportunities through social media channels.
- Excellent customer relationship management skills to build rapport with followers and clients.
