Working directly with the Raymond James (USA) Ltd. (“RJLU”) Supervision Team, this individual will support the RJLU Branch Managers (“PCG”) business operations in Canada, acting as the primary point of contact for FINRA-registered Financial Advisors and Sales Associates who manage U.S.resident client activities. In addition, the individual will be responsible for maintaining a strong working relationship with the carrying firm, Pershing LLC, to ensure optimum support on day-to-day activities and issues as well as integration of future product releases. This role will include assistance with respect to related Projects and Supervision initiatives as assigned.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Review Margin details for margin calls and money due;
- Send IRA distributions notifications;
- Daily trade reviews - download on spreadsheet, separated per BM and sent BM their individual blotters in the morning;
- Separating Reverse Churning list of clients (received once every six months) to BM specific list and forward onto BMs;
- Ensuring cheque and cert logs are sent and ensuring they are correct prior to sending them to the BM for approval;
- New account opening spreadsheet for managed accounts;
- Inform FAs of W8/W9 alerts for expired, incorrect or missing tax forms and other forms;
- Review ACHs in work basket and let the BMs know when it’s ready for approval;
- Review Account Maintenance in Work Basket;
- Upkeep of trade correction;
- Assisting BMs’ with marketing reviews; and
- Ad Hoc projects.

**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**

**Knowledge of**:

- Organization and time management, sufficient to prioritize workload, handle multiple tasks with frequently changing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment; and
- Oral and written communication.

**Ability to**:

- Work effectively both independently and within a team environment;
- Show high level of customer service in a calm, courteous and professional manner.

**Education and Experience**:

- A university degree or equivalent BA and two years of industry experience in an asset management capacity; and
- 2 years of financial services brokerage industry experience (preferably as a Sales Associate or Sales Assistant).

**Licenses and Certifications**:

- Willingness to obtain the necessary US (FINRA) licensing exams within a reasonable timeframe.
