**Role Overview**:
We're seeking a Conflicts Administrator for our Toronto office's Accounting Department. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Revenue, this pivotal role involves providing top-notch support to lawyers, legal assistants, and Firm management. Your responsibilities include ensuring adherence to Firm policies, efficient new client onboarding, and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism.
- Proficiently generating reports to identify potential client conflicts.
- Establishing and maintaining confidentiality screens to safeguard sensitive information.
- Ensuring precision and completeness in client/matter records.
- Monitor compliance with conflicts checking policies to mitigate risks.
- Safeguarding adherence to Professional Conduct Rules and regulations.
- Facilitating seamless onboarding and offboarding procedures for clients and matters.
- Addressing general inquiries with expert knowledge and professionalism.
- A college diploma and/or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Familiarity with ELITE 3E, Refinitiv or WALLBUILDER (a plus).
- Sharp critical thinking and exceptional attention to detail.
- A knack for multitasking, staying organized, and delivering accuracy.
- Stellar communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to meet urgent requests with precision.
- Proficiency in working within deadlines.
- Independent and team-oriented work capabilities.

**Employment Type**: One-year Contract with opportunity to become full time

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
