**Job Summary**

As a Sales Representative for Greenway Carriers, you will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining current accounts. You will develop and build relationships with customers to increase sales revenue and meet company targets. This position requires an individual with strong communication and organizational skills, who is also driven to hunt for and grow new business.

**Organizational Relationship**

This position reports directly to the Sales Manager.

**Compensation**

  • Competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions.
  • OTE for a top performer is 150k.

**Accountabilities**

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive new business and maintain current accounts.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers to increase sales revenue.
  • Meet or exceed acquisition targets and objectives.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing any issues or concerns.
  • Research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and effective customer service.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activity and customer information.

**Characteristics & Attributes**

  • Strong sales skills, with a proven track record of success in B2B sales.
  • A driven, “hunter” sales mentality.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of the transportation industry and trucking operations is an asset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.

**Experience**

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the transportation industry.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and objectives.
  • Experience using CRM software and sales reporting tools.
