**Payroll/**
**Office Manager** to join our growing team, someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and to take ownership of providing administrative support to our dealership team As Payroll/ Office Manager you will play a key role in managing daily & monthly business administrative duties.

**Your Day to Day**:
- Oversee/perform tasks to ensure financial functions are reconciled monthly including (but not limited to): cash, accounts receivable, prepaid expenses, fixed assets, accounts payables, manufacturer statements, vehicle deal commissioning, intercompany accounts
- Full-cycle payroll, human resources and benefits administration, including (but not limited to): process semi-monthly payroll, new hires and terminations, managing benefits, and WCB claims
- Coach, mentor, lead & train accounting staff at the dealership
- Provide administrative support to the General Manager as it relates to:
- Coordinate and implement office procedures
- Prepare formal communications to employees
- Planning logistics and preparing minutes for internal and stakeholders meetings
- Perform requests, ensure materials are confidential and given only to authorized parties
- Draft general forms, letters, reports, and memos as required
- Maintain and manage all required office supplies
- Provide employees with policies, employment handbook, wages, and employee benefits
- Work closely with department managers to ensure client satisfaction
- Support all team members when required
- Other duties as assigned
**What You Bring to the Table**:
- A minimum of 3 years or more of relevant work experience
- Prior experience in an accounting oversight role is required
- Experience working in a car dealership preferred
- Completion of post-secondary education in accounting or a related field
- Knowledge of CDK or similar systems would be considered an asset
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now preferred
- A well-defined sense of diplomacy, including negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent verbal/written communication combined with the ability to interact and gain the support of senior leadership and other decision makers
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage priorities, perform a variety of tasks, and meet required deadlines and targets
- A person who is a team player, of high integrity who is trusted by others and consistently honors their commitments
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated and resourceful
- Excellent skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint; highly skilled in standard office software (MS office, SharePoint, etc.)
