**Position Overview**

We are currently seeking an experienced fulfillment team lead for our B2B Fulfillment department to join our team in our 240,000 sq. ft. warehouse in Markham. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day B2B fulfillment operations. This includes managing and scheduling the team, receiving and managing client inventory, prepping order information, and picking and packing.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Ensure all schedules, ship dates, must arrive by dates, and other deadlines are adhered to and all shipments are packaged safely and securely to arrive to our customers.
- Provide daily direction and communication to team members in a timely, efficient and knowledgeable manner. Provide continual evaluation of processes and procedures. Responsible for suggesting methods to improve area operations, efficiency and service to both internal and external customers. on a regular basis
- Ensure team members have appropriate training and other resources to perform their jobs. Respond to and resolve employee relations issues expressed by team members; create and maintain high quality work environment so team members are motivated to perform at their highest level.
- Assist Fulfillment Management team with daily operation to include the development, analyses and implementation of staffing, training, scheduling, and reward/recognition programs. Work as a member/leader of special or on-going projects that are important to area/process improvement.
- Share continual responsibility for deciding how to lead the team members ensuring that work flow is handled efficiently and effectively.
- Implement standard work and processes that support company and departmental standards, procedures, and strategic directives.
- Use appropriate judgment in upward communication regarding department or team member concerns.
- Follow company policies including Workplace Health and safety policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized fulfillment department and warehouse to achieve maximum results.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Fulfillment Management.

**Qualifications**
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience in picking/packing, receiving, inventory and/or B2B Fulfillment.
- 1-2 years’ experience directly managing a team.
- Able to operate various pieces of equipment/technology (e.g. tablets, desktop computers, pallet jacks, etc.)
- Computer savvy, comfortable learning new software systems, WMS system experience required.
- Forklift Certification preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and overall computer familiarity.
- Team player with a high level of urgency. Able to problem solve and take initiative when needed.
- Highly organized & detail oriented.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Self-motivated and goal orientated.

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
