Ground Administrative Assistant

As an AGI Ground Administrative Assistant you will:

- Process daily/ weekly payroll for hourly station employee; follow up with Corporate payroll department when discrepancies arise
- Submit invoices and billing to Corporate finance office for timely processing
- Handle incoming calls, distribute incoming mail, process outgoing mail, type correspondence, and maintain files for the station
- Schedule applicants for interviews with station management, schedule new hires for training, and process station uniform orders
- Assist with station operations as needed

To be an AGI Ground Administrative Assistant you must:

- Demonstrate strong communication skills to interact professionally with team members and customers
- Possess strong computer skills, including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook software
- Be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma, GED or work experience equivalent
- Be able to obtain airport security clearance which includes an extensive employment, criminal record and residence background check

As an AGI Ground Administrative Assistant you must be able to:

- Sit, stand, lift, bend, push and pull for extended periods of time
