Outside Sales Representative

Harding’s Painting is looking for an energetic, happy and driven sales representative to work out of our office where you will find an opportunity for individual and team success with one of the region’s most well respected and fastest growing residential and commercial painting companies.
At Harding’s Painting, we focus on developing long lasting relationships that result in consistent and predictable opportunities which you will benefit from. As a result, we have experienced year after year growth and are poised to continue to increase revenue in the coming year making us a multimillion-dollar leader in our market. In this position, you will provide residential & commercial painting estimates to within Calgary and surrounding areas.

We offer administrative and marketing support that allows you to focus on maximizing your time in order to reach our company objectives. There is no project management required as our excellent operations team will insure, we deliver what you promised. We will meet our benchmarks through regular reporting and feedback but we do not micro-manage our team members. **Requirements**:
- Willing to dedicate 40-50 hours per week to this position
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Comfortable using technology in day to day activity
- Painting industry experience (preferred)
- 2 Years Sales Experience (required)
- Driver's License (required)
- DISC profile and assessment
- Background check
Compensation
- Excellent earning opportunity
- Expected starting salary $55,000-70,000.
- Annual compensation expected to exceed $100,000 within two years.
- Time off, holidays, and flexible scheduling.
