We are currently looking for a Full Time Night Auditor / Guest Services Agent to serve as our guests’ first point of contact and manage all aspects of their accommodation.

Hotel Guest Services Agent responsibilities include running of all audit reports, registering guests, shuttling guests, keeping the lobby area, preparing the coffee table for early departures, managing reservations and providing information about rooms, rates and amenities. If you have a knack for customer service and work experience in the hotel industry, we’d like to meet you.

Ultimately, you will help create a pleasant and memorable stay for our guests.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
- Verify Guest Identity
- Perform audit and produce reports
- Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data
- Manage online and phone reservations
- Register guests collecting necessary information
- Enter and register for Best Western Rewards program
- Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign guest rooms
- Provide information about our property, amenities, availability and description of room inventory, and rates
- Respond to clients’ complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Communicate with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully-furnished to accommodate guests’ needs
- Confirm group reservations and arrange personalized services for customers and event attendees, like wedding guests or conferences
- Upsell additional facilities and services, when appropriate
- Maintain updated records
- Complete cash balance and closing reports
- Inspect the property to ensure night cleaners duties were completed
- Other tasks assigned by management

**Requirements**:

- Work experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Night Audit, Receptionist or similar role
- Experience with hotel reservations software an asset
- Understanding of how travel planning websites operate, like Booking and TripAdvisor
- Customer service attitude
- Excellent communication and organizational skills

Applicants must have own reliable transportation. Front Desk operations knowledge will be considered an asset, but will train the right individual.

Note: This hotel is open 365 days a year, weekend and evening shifts may be required.

**Salary**: From $17.00 depending on experience
