**Full Metal Mechanical Ltd** is looking for a **Plumber Journeyperson** to join our team in Vancouver, BC.

**Job Summary**:
The Plumber Journeyperson will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems and fixtures. This position will also be responsible for troubleshooting and repair of existing systems, as well as assisting in the installation of new equipment. The Plumber Journeyperson will work on residential and light commercial jobs, as well as on-site construction projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Diagnose and repair plumbing issues including: leak detection, valve replacement, line installation, drain cleaning, etc.
- Perform routine maintenance on existing plumbing systems (replacing pipes, fixtures, etc.)
- Perform maintenance on existing electrical wiring (replacing outlets, switches, etc.)
- Troubleshoot and repair existing electrical wiring (replace outlets, switches, etc.)
- Install new electrical equipment (e.g. light fixtures, switches, motors)
- Ability to read electrical drawings and schematics
- Ability to read blueprints and mechanical schematics
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Maintain a clean job site by keeping work areas clean, organized and properly stocked
- Work with a team to ensure that jobs are completed safely and efficiently

**Skills & Requirements**:

- Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test.
- Must be able to meet deadlines under pressure from a deadline-driven market.
- Must have strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Must have good math skills. Able to handle numbers close to 100 including percentages. Able to add, subtract and multiply in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals, add and subtract money in all denominations. **Salary**: $28.00-$40.00 per hour
