**Your New Role.**

As a Junior Project Manager, you play a key part in the Flagship management team and are responsible for the overall end to end execution & success of the projects assigned to you. You will oversee multiple projects varying in complexity taking responsibility of the project being completed on time & on budget You will work closely with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, Site Supervisor or Site Supervisor.

- Strong leadership & problem-solving skills
- Highly organized and well versed in the tools & technology needed to manage multiple projects
- Motivation to tackle projects head on with a can-do attitude
- Ability to think outside of the box and solve problems as they arise.
- Self-starter and always one step ahead of what's expected
- Love for the details with a focus on the big picture.
- You're looking for a career, not just a job.
- You're highly experienced in project management with a background (and passion) for construction.
- Ability to read architectural drawings & blueprints
- Project level reporting & managing project financials
- Negotiating contracts, completing paperwork & obtaining necessary permits
- Familiar with Office 365 Basic Suite.
- Valid Drivers License & ability to obtain necessary clearances upon hire
- 3-5 Years minimum experience in commercial construction management
- Certification in Project Management would be an asset

**Salary**: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
