**Job Title: Marketing and Community InternJob Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated **Marketing and Community Intern** to join our team. This role involves responsibilities across marketing, sales, client care, and operations management. You will actively contribute to business growth and community engagement while ensuring exceptional client experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Marketing and Communications**:

- Develop, plan, and implement social media and communication campaigns and strategies.
- Create engaging text, image, and video content for all social media platforms.
- Monitor, track, and analyze client feedback and online reviews.
- Prepare and present reports on marketing metrics and campaign performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to organize promotional and networking events.
- Monitor competitors' marketing activities and provide insights.
- Work with Google Analytics and prepare weekly performance reports.
- Coordinate with Marketing, PR, and Communications teams to ensure cohesive branding strategies.

**Sales and Client Relations**:

- Manage client inquiries, tours, and visits, providing detailed information about the membership benefits.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, addressing their needs and enhancing satisfaction.
- Generate space agreements using provided templates and quickly close new sales.

**Operations Management**:

- Organize and manage events to boost brand awareness and community engagement.
- Maintain accurate time records and personnel information for the property management team.
- Oversee weekly purchases and inventory management for daily operations.
- Manage and analyze sales, operations, and marketing data to improve processes and efficiency.
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure the space looks clean and presentable for the community.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience in marketing, sales, or community management.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Experience with Google Analytics and data reporting.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- A proactive and creative approach to problem-solving.
- Experience in event planning and execution is a plus.

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
