**What You'll Do**:

- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient store functioning.
- Lead, train, and motivate our team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensure consistent beverage quality and adherence to our signature recipes.
- Manage inventory, handle daily ordering, and effectively control costs.
- Address customer inquiries and feedback, ensuring an exceptional customer service experience.
- Maintain impeccable store cleanliness and uphold all food safety standards.
- Assist with cash handling and manage POS system operations.
- Assume full responsibility for store management in the absence of the Store Manager.

**What We're Looking For**:

- 1-2 years of management or supervisory experience in the food and beverage retail industry (bubble tea shop experience is a big plus).
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in Mandarin, both spoken and written.
- A strong sense of responsibility and proven problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with bubble tea preparation processes and store operations.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
- Basic computer proficiency and experience with POS systems.
- Flexible availability, including **evenings and weekends**.
- Have own car and a valid driver's license
- Valid FoodSafe Level1 certificate
- Able to lift 25kg
- Able to stand for an extended amount of time
- A genuine passion for bubble tea culture

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
