Your role
As a Line-Up Editor, you will be in charge of preparing the lineup of international, national and regional news for newscasts. You will supervise the on-air presentation or online publication in keeping with corporate standards and policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent- Seven (7) years relevant journalism experience or equivalent
**Skills**:
- Extensive general knowledge- In-depth knowledge of national/international news and current affairs- Demonstrate strong leadership- Solid command of writing techniques specific to the radio medium- Thorough knowledge of newsroom logistics- Knowledge of production techniques- Ability to work under pressure- Ability to go on air to read news bulletins, an asset- Fluent in the working language: French- Intermediate oral, writing and reading proficiency in English- Knowledge of CBC/Radio-Canada's Journalistic Standards and Practices.- Practical test- Interview
