**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements (Asset but not required)
- Execute restoration projects, ensuring high-quality finishes and adherence to specifications
- Install cabinets, flooring, tiles, and siding with precision
- Conduct construction painting tasks to enhance the aesthetic appeal of completed projects
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various construction activities
- Assist with plumbing and electrical tasks when required, demonstrating versatility in skill sets
- Ensure compliance with safety standards while performing heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in construction, carpentry, woodworking, or related fields
- Strong skills in flooring installation, tile laying, caulking, and roofing techniques
- Ability to handle heavy lifting safely and efficiently
- Knowledge of electrical systems and plumbing is beneficial but not mandatory
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work
