**JOB DESCRIPTION**

LEVY Show Service is a full-service trade show, event designer and coordinator. We are looking for a full-time logistics coordinator to join our team.

**DUTIES**
- Responsible for the day-to-day operations in our logistics department.
- Track shipment to ensure on-time pickup and delivery requirements are met or exceeded.
- Communicate with clients, agents, carriers, warehouse, customs broker, and parties involved in the supply chain.
- Prepare shipping documents, such as truck BOL, customs invoice, etc.
- Assist clients with logistics advice with your expertise.
- Contact and maintain good relationships with carrier.
- Ensure all necessary load information and updates are delivered to applicable team members.
- Perform related duties as assigned by the Logistics Manager.
- Deliver optimal logístical solutions for customers.
- Attend at show site to assist with logistics management.

**REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE ABILITIES AND SKILLS**
- Proficient in use of Excel and other Microsoft Office programs.
- Flexible availability.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and vehicle.
- Strong problem solving and team player.
- Customer focused and great communication.
- Optimistic and eager to learn.
- Self-starter with accomplishment in mind.
- Efficient, accurate and paying attention to detail.

Pay: $45,000.00-$48,000.00 per year
