**Key Areas of Responsibility**
- Troubleshoot all hardware related problems
- Hardware and software support of various systems (including PC's, servers, printers, laptops, plotters, storage, POS, etc))
- Handle hardware installations, upgrades, move adds and change activities.
- Respond to time deadlines and handle highly stressful situations in a professional manner.
- Explain and resolve client issues and concerns.
- Document all activities as required through internal processes.
- Manage assigned personal inventory
- Other duties as assigned, or required.

**Knowledge and Skills**:

- Completion of a Computer Systems Technology or similar program
- 2 - 3 years of related experience
- A+ Certification (mandatory requirement)
- Server + Certification is an asset
- Hardware break-fix skills including servers, POS, storage, laptops, desktops, printers and plotters
- Familiar with all hardware Vendor configuration utilities
- Strong working knowledge of operating systems and standard business software
- Knowledge of Network Connectivity
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
