**Junior Computer Service Technician**

**COVID protocol in place to mainly work from home with periodically office/site visits**
- Supporting users in networks, internet, Windows and MAC OS environments
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with PCs, Servers, LAN, WAN, routers, switches and printers
- Installing PCs, Servers, LAN, WAN, routers, switches and printers
- Investigate user problems, identify their source, determine possible solutions, test and implement resolution
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems related to an office environment
- Determine, resolve and document problems experienced
- Complete work requests, test and maintenance reports
- Communicate electronically, remotely and in person with computer users experiencing difficulties
- Consult user guides, technical manuals and other documents to research and implement solutions
- Provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties
- Evaluate and install computer hardware, networking and operating system software
- Implement data, software and hardware security procedures
- Experience in Azure, VMWare, Windows Server

**Requirement**:

- Must be bondable
- Must have **own vehicle** as local travelling is required
- 1 years experience in the field or education equivalent
- Certification preferred: A+ and Microsoft
- working experience in Windows Server and Microsoft 365
- working experience in Azure, HyperV and VMWare an asset
- Troubleshooting skills
- Be able to work as an individual and as a team
- Attention to detail working in a fast paced environment
- Responsibilities may require evening and weekend work
